PlayerBase is the administrative backbone behind the competition. Two federations run on it today — the Basketball Federation of Serbia and Republika Srpska, each with its own rulebook: registrations, transfers, contracts and licences move through visible workflows validated by 69 executable rules, and referee, delegate and official identities are provisioned into DScore automatically.

The rulebook as code
Age groups, roster caps, double-licence consent, club-debt blocks and transfer windows are enforced at the moment of the request — with separate rule families for each federation, covered by 275 automated tests.
Transfers and contracts
Fifteen transfer types with approval workflows, document attachments, serial numbers and bulk approval, plus contract extension, termination and expiry tracking.
Club workspace
Teams, rosters, venues, practices with attendance and coach availability — and membership billing with monthly auto-invoicing and IPS QR codes a parent pays by scanning in a banking app.
Official documents
53 PDF documents and 8 Excel exports on demand: player cards with QR verification, licence and transfer registries, coach and official lists, debt sheets.
Connected identity
Referees, delegates and officials are provisioned into DScore automatically, the licence registry pre-fills the digital scoresheet and powers public player search, parents and clubs get push notifications, and analytics cover transfers, licences and foreign players.
